Sunday Blessings through Heart to Art Creativity

Namaste dear Well Wishers,

Today, I had a fresh look at my Fine Art America site, and while I was reading through the descriptions I’d written several years ago for my Heart to Art pieces, the words washed over me like a prayer.  It’s my hope that the visitors to the Heart to Art site have been experiencing, and will experience this too.

With this in heart and mind, I’ve decided, over the coming Sundays, to present one art piece at a time as an offering of prayer-like meditation through my artwork.

The decision to do this is definitely inspired by Jamie Walters and her #Blesstival Wave that was started in the New Year.  It’s also inspired by Laura Bruno commenting on how she could feel the reiki-like waves of the chime of tibetan finger cymbals that, along with our cat Michi, we sent a few days ago to her father Steve Derbenwick.

On y va!  Here’s the first art piece, entitled Creativity.  This was the initial art piece that I made while listening to Ron Allen’s music from his album entitled (you guessed it!), Creativity!  Please click on the link below to view.

Creativity by Sri Devi
A meditation on Creativity and the currents of creative inspiration that are continuously flowing towards us.  Quiet the mental chatter, breathe and let your dreams come to life through you.

Blessings on the week ahead dear Well Wishers.
May y(our) creative aspirations be nurtured in sustained ways and waves.

In Om and Prem,
