The ideas and inspirations that arise in the middle of the night, or in the midst of a calm island in a fortunate meditation. This is one of those.

I invite you to contribute to and partake in a Blog Blesstival sadhana … sharing blessings into the blog-o-sphere, for a practice period of 40 days — a timeframe shown to work some alchemical (and neurological) good-medicine.

The point? Why not, first of all. Blessing is lovely, to offer out and to receive. It’s good medicine, yes?
