It’s Thursday, July 26th 2012, welcome to our twenty-sixth post in this Numerology Health Series for Wellness inspired by the wisdom of Linda Goodman from her book Star Signs.

We  will look at Number Eight people today (26 = 2+6=8).  If you are just joining us, every day in July we have been offering healthy tips with suggestions of colours and gems to wear, foods and herbs to increase in our diet all with the goal of increasing our general well-being.

Recommended Colours to wear for the Number 8 person:  indigo, all shades of brown, dark green, and navy blue.

Recommended Gems to wear next to the skin for the Number 8 person: diamond or onyx.

Recommended Foods to eat frequently for the Number 8 person: spinach, carrots, wild carrots, celery, broccoli.

Recommended Herbs to add to diet for the Number 8 person:  wintergreen, angelica, sage, plantain, pileworth, ragwort, shepherd’s purse, Solomon’s seal, vervain, elder flowers, gravel root, mandrake root.

Most susceptible times for illness:  January, February, July, December.  During these months, Number 8 people are more prone to ill health symptoms or accidents.  It is recommended to practice being more serene as these months approach to greatly reduce or even negate the tendency towards illness or accidents at this time.
