Namaste Well Wishers,
Today is Sunday, July 15th 2012 and we circle back to the Number 6 in today’s post having looked at the Numerology for Birth Days from 1 to 9 since the beginning of July through a Health Series for Wellness inspired by the wisdom of Linda Goodman from her book Star Signs.
It depends on which day you were born, so double digit numbers are added together and reduced to a number between 1 and 9. For today, the number 15 becomes 1 + 5 = 6.
We will look at Number Six people today. Each day offers healthy tips with suggestions of colours and gems to wear, foods and herbs to increase in our diet all with the goal of increasing our general well-being.
You are a Number 6 person if you were born on the 6th, 15th or 24th day of any month. All these numbers add up to 6 and the tips and recommendations add up to our increased wellness!

Recommended Foods to eat frequently for the Number 6 person: all kinds of beans, parsnips, spinach, melons, apples, peaches, apricots, figs, walnuts and especially almonds.
Most susceptible times for illness: May, October and November. During these months, number 6 people are more prone to ill health symptoms or accidents. It is recommended to practice being more serene as these months approach to greatly reduce or even negate the tendency towards illness or accidents at this time.
