Namaste Well Wishers,
Welcome to our 100th post here at the Well Wishers Group, it’s a milestone, certainly a step in the kind direction! Thank you for visiting and spreading the word, or spreading the kind as Alicia Silverstone likes to say.
Being our 100th post and July 10th today, serendipitously we circle back to the Number 1 in today’s post having looked at Numerology since the beginning of July through a Health Series for Wellness inspired by the wisdom of Linda Goodman from her book Star Signs.
We will look at the 31 days of July one day at a time. There are healthy tips with some suggestions of colours and gems to wear, foods and herbs to increase in our diet all with the goal of increasing our general well-being.
It depends on which day you were born, so double digit numbers are added together and reduced to a number between 1 and 9.
You are a Number 1 person if you were born on the 1st, 10th, 19th or 28th day of any month. All these numbers add up to 1 and the tips and recommendations add up to our increased wellness!
This post sends Well Wishes of vibrant Health to the following Number 1 people, born on the 10th of a month:
Didier, Wayne, Lara, Annie, Fred, Anita, Gregg, Nadia.
Please feel free to add your name, a friend or loved one to this well wishers list for those born on the 10th of any month by leaving a comment with this post or e-mailing directly to email@example.com.
Would also love to hear from you if you are a Number 1 person and you plan on trying out some of the suggestions offered here or if the following colours, gems, foods or herbs are already some of your favourites.
We will be sending out positive vibrations for vibrant health and offer recommendations for increasing our general well-being, which are found listed hereafter:
Recommended Colours to wear for the Number 1 person: sunny or golden yellow (all shades), bright orange, royal purple.
Recommended Gems to wear next to the skin for the Number 1 person: topaz, amber.
Recommended Foods to eat frequently for the Number 1 person: raisins, barley bread, barley, oranges, lemons, dates.
Recommended Herbs to add to diet for the Number 1 person: saffron, chamomile, eye bright, St. John’s wort, cloves, nutmeg, sorrel, borage, gentian root, lavender, bay leaves, thyme, musk, vervain and myrrh.
Most susceptible times for illness: October, November, December. During these months, number 1 people are more prone to ill health symptoms or accidents. It is recommended to practice being more serene as these months approach to greatly reduce or even negate the tendency towards illness or accidents at this time.
With Best Wishes for y(our) continued vibrant health,
