Born on the 3rd Numerology Health Series for Wellness

Namaste Well Wishers,

Throughout the month of July we will be looking at numerology through a Health Series for Wellness inspired by the wisdom of Linda Goodman from her book Star Signs.

We will look at the numbers one to thirty-one, each day offering healthy tips with suggestions of colours and gems to wear, foods and herbs to increase in our diet all with the goal of increasing our general well-being.

Welcome to our third post in this series, it’s the 3rd of July and we will look at the Number Three person today.

You are a Number 3 person if you were born on the 3rd, 12th, 21st or 30th day of any month.  All these numbers add up to 3 and the tips and recommendations add up to our increased wellness!

Recommended Colours to wear for the Number 3 person:  all autumn colours (yellow, burnt orange, rust), turquoise and sky blue often having a love of purple.

Recommended Gems to wear next to the skin for the Number 3 person: turquoise.

Recommended Foods to eat frequently for the Number 3 person: beets, bilberries, asparagus, cherries, barberries, strawberries, apples, mulberries, peaches, olives, rhubarb, gooseberries, pomegranates, endive, pineapples, grapes, almonds, figs, hazelnuts, wheat and all-wheat products.

Recommended Herbs to add to diet for the Number 3 person:  borage, dandelion, ewerwort, lungwort, sage, mint, saffron, nutmeg, cloves, sweet Marjoram and St. John’s wort.

Most susceptible times for illness: December, February, June.  During these months, number 3 people are more prone to ill health symptoms or accidents.  It is recommended to practice being more serene as these months approach to greatly reduce or even negate the tendency towards illness or accidents at this time.
