Born on the 2nd Numerology Health Series for Wellness

Namaste Well Wishers,

Every day this month we will take a healthy look at numerology through a Health Series for Wellness inspired by the wisdom of Linda Goodman from her book Star Signs.

We will look at the numbers one to thirty-one, each day offering healthy tips with suggestions of colours and gems to wear, foods and herbs to increase in our diet all with the goal of increasing our general well-being.

Recommended Colours to wear for the Number 2 person:  light green, pale yellow, silver, violet and lavender.

Recommended Gems to wear next to the skin for the Number 2 person: emeralds, pearls or moonstones.

Recommended Foods to eat frequently for the Number 2 person: lettuce, cabbages, turnips, cucumber, melon.

Recommended Herbs to add to diet for the Number 2 personchicory, endive, rapeseed, colewort, moonwort, linseed, water plantain, and ash of willow.

Most susceptible times for illness: January, February, July.  During these months, number 2 people are more prone to ill health symptoms or accidents.  It is recommended to practice being more serene as these months approach to greatly reduce or even negate the tendency towards illness or accidents at this time.
